Powder coating is method of covering an object with a plastic film. It is not a liquid
paint but a powder that gets heated and melts on to the surface to form one
contiguous non porous coating.
This locks out moisture to keep corrosion from occurring. Powder coatings are know
to out last traditional paints in weathering conditions by as much as three to five
times.
We offer a unique high impact thermoplastic powder coating which can be applied
as a thick film of about four to six mills ( thousands of an inch ) as apposed to the
regular coatings which are meant to be applied quite thin, for best results in the two
three mill range.
This coating is a good option for frames and trailers and such. We can add a non
slip surface to this coating as well.
